Sticky Date Weetbix

Wake up to this Protein Weetbix Slice - a creamy, spiced, high-protein treat layered with banana, yoghurt, and a nutty drizzle. Naturally sweet, no-bake, and fridge-ready for a delicious start!

Ingredients

Base

  • 6 Weetbix biscuits
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Oat Milk / Milk of choice
  • 1 scoop (32g) VPA Vanilla Protein
  • 10g Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • 1 scoop (31g) VPA Caramel Biscuit Protein Powder
  • * Collagen Powder (only if have / want extra protein added)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Spice
  • 2 Medjool Dates (finely chopped)
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ~ ¾ cup Water as required
  • ½ tsp Pink salt

Topping

  • 1 Med/Large banana sliced
  • ~ 200g Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 2-3 tsp Biscoff or 2 tsp Mayvers Protein peanut butter & 1 tsp Maple
  • 20g Walnuts chopped

Method

  • Mix all base ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Add water as required to bind all ingredients well into a wet porridge texture.
  • Using spatula, spread weetbix mix evenly over base of a flat sealed container, pyrex or tupperware ideal (15cm x 20cm)
  • Place sliced banana over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Spread Natural yoghurt evenly over the top.
  • Melt biscoff or PB maple in microwave for 30secs. Drizzle over the top of yoghurt and sprinkle with walnuts.
  • Place in fridge overnight or wait for an hour and smash it 🙂
