Cottage Cheese Protein Balls
Soft, protein-packed bites made with coconut flour, creamy cottage cheese, and sweet vanilla, loaded with Noshu choc chips and coated in rich dark chocolate for a satisfying treat.
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cup Coconut Flour (or Almond Flour)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 45g Vanilla VPA Protein Powder
- 2 Tblsp Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 200g Cottage Cheese
- 3⁄4 cup Noshu choc Chips
- 50-70g Baking dark melting chocolate 70% (8 pieces)
Method
Combine all ingredients (except dark chocolate) into a bowl and add more coconut oil if mixture too dry. Roll into balls - approximately 24. Melt dark chocolate and coat/dip each ball lightly into melted chocolate. Store in fridge in airtight container.
