Choc Nut (peanut) Protein Balls

A rich, nutty protein snack, perfect for a guilt-free energy boost!

Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup Raw Organic Pistachios (optional) 2⁄3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 tsp Chia seeds
  • 40g VPA Choc protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cacao powder **
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 2 tblsp Mable syrup
  • 100g Mayver’s Protein Peanut butter 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 tblsp Coconut oil

Method

Simply add all ingredients into a bowl, mix well and splash with water if needed to bind together into firm balls. Form into rounded tablespoon-sized balls and roll into / dust in ground pistachio nuts or Cocoa. Makes 20 Servings: 88 Calories 8.8C / 4.2F / 4.4P
