Chia Pudding (with protein)
A creamy, protein-packed chia pudding. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.
- 1 scoop (30g) VPA Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/4 cups Vitasoy/ So Good Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 4 flat tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1-2 tsp Agave Syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Spice
Find a nice large jar with a large lid/opening. Place Chia seeds into jar first then pour in the milk - stir with a little whisk. Then add in protein and spice a little at a time and give a really good stir for about 30 seconds to 1 minute making sure all chia seeds are unstuck from base and walls of jar. Add in agave syrup amounts for sweetness as desired. Place in fridge and stir again before going to bed or ~2 hours later.
