Hello I’m Ebony Mulhall

With over a decade of experience in allied health, I have decided to focus on health, wellness, and nutrition to help people feel their best while doing what I love most: working in the great outdoors. Having been an active participant in various sports, including CrossFit for over 8 years, I have also had my fair share of injuries and setbacks. Through my own experiences, I have learned firsthand the difficulties of starting from the beginning and mustering the motivation to exercise again, especially after sustaining an injury.

As a result, I am passionate about helping others overcome these obstacles and achieve their health goals. With my extensive knowledge in allied health and my personal experiences in rehabilitating injuries, I offer a unique perspective on how to make exercise accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Through my services, I provide tailored support, expert guidance, and a personalized approach that empowers individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing, so that they can feel confident and capable in their bodies once again.
